Owners submit listings along with a proof-of-ownership document, and our team reviews each one before it goes live. Verification confirms the owner submitted supporting documents; it is not a guarantee of the accuracy of a listing's description, photos, or availability.
DirectFarmhouse does not process, hold, or guarantee any payment. All payments are made directly between the renter and the owner, outside of this platform.
We are not responsible for the condition of a property, the conduct of an owner or renter, or any dispute arising from a booking. Use of contact details shown on a listing is at your own discretion.
Owners log in with their mobile number and a password. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account.
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
